About Continental Group
Continental Group was established in 1964 under the dynamic leadership of late Mr. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury.
What began with 12 employees as C&F agents and stevedores has evolved into one of Bangladesh’s most respected business conglomerates — spanning shipping, agro, fisheries, media, and financial services.
Today, under the stewardship of Mr. Ahsan I. Chowdhury, Managing Director since 1992, we employ 300+ professionals and represent world-class global shipping lines including COSCO, OOCL, Hyundai Merchant Marine, and Samudera Shipping Lines.
